I have a s14 with a vh45 ,i bought mazworx jumper harness and for some reason none of the plugs fit and ive been scratchin my head trying to figure it out. The car is auto so I think I need to bypass the transmission inhibitor but that doesnt explain why 3 of there jumper harness plugs dont fit. Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

No the engine harness is fine its the plugs by the fuse box on the 240 that are the problem

the plugs you are trying to plug in don't go to the fuse box. they are for the wiper motor and wiper amplifier. the only thing that you need to hook up by the fuse box or into the fuse box is the battery positive connection with the fuse holder.

you are correct that you do need to jump the starter bypass near at the fuse box plugs if you're converting it to a 5speed. your alternator and transmission harness is what plugs into the fuse box. all you should need from the transmission harness is the 2 wires for the speed sensor and the wiring for the reverse lights. the transmission wiring and alternator wiring is exactly the same as any of the guides you'll find out there for an SR20 swap.

you lay the VH harness on the engine and hook it up running the harness through the firewall like the factory Ka harness does. the blue and 2 white plugs on the jumper harness plug into the corresponding plugs on the VH. the long white plug on the jumper harness with the lever plugs into the factory S14 chassis harness behind the kick panel. the small black wire with the ring terminal gets grounded to the factory spot on the chassis behind the kickpanel. the red wire with the fuse holder hooks into the fuse box or the battery positive. the other 2 plugs plug into your wiper motor and wiper amplifier allowing them to work. If you have any other questions on how the harness works, shoot me an email to steelcityauto @ hotmail.com

Still cant get this engine running, after checking every fuse, ground and fuel pump still nothing. The engine cranks but wont turn over, the only this i can this of is that the ecu needs a signal from these 2 plugs below but the plugs have no place to plug into. If anyone can help id really appreciate it.

I was told this plug goes to the wiper amplifier but there no plug there that takes this plug

I think this plug goes to an active ride control system if so how do i jumper it so the ecu gets a signal for it?

How about a close up of the lower plug? If it is for an active ride control, I'm not certain that would prevent starting. Is it maybe for a traction control throttle motor or secondary throttle position sensor? I could go look at my motor and see. I have a '94, what year is this motor from?

Have you checked to see if your injectors are getting a signal, and your plugs are firing? Some one complained one time about receiving a max harness and he took some of it apart just to find out the green relays the harness had were bad. So you might want to check those.

that green female plug on the drivers side should not affect anything. It's just hanging on mine as well.
