Need wiring help

I have a 91 240sx dohc ecu stamped 24.. The motor wiring harness is apparently different from a normal 91 harness.

Guy that originally owned the car swapped it out with a "jdm" motor but the wiring harness has no spot for the throttle position switch. I have a connector that i got from the junkyard for that. What all needs to be repinned on the ecu for this car to run right I need help with the wiring big time. I have searched and searched just not having any luck.
