need wiring help

ok so yesterday i finally brought home a s13 blacktop for my 93 hatch. it's really clean and everything seems to be ok, but the lower harness.....the one that connects to the fuse boxes is messed up. the wires coming out of the fuse boxes are cut....they just end right after the box......what my question is, is the harness thats in my car now, the one from the ka, will that work? they look the same but i'm not making any decisions based on that haha. Could really use a hand here guys.....Thanks!

They're the same. The only major difference is the starter. You'll just have to crimp on a spade connector to the harness. The KA uses a plug.
