Need Wiring help, auto swap + ecu wiring.

Ok heres the deal, ive pretty much gotten the whole harness done but i have a few questions. the little box that is above the ecu, which looks like a mini-me ECU; what is it, and what should i plug it into? do i leave it unplugged, or do i plug the usdm box into the sr20 harness? i noticed the wire colors dont match when plugged in so any advice would be great.

also for the auto swap, i know that on the passengerd side relay box, the top connector has 3 wires and they need to be "jumpered" exactly which wires am i doing? theres a white one, and two black ones. do i connect the white to one black wire or both? also the park switch next to the shifter, which colored wires did you guys connect. when i bought the car, it was already stripped and the shifter was gone. i saw at a junk yard which ones to connect, but on mine they were different colors. probably because the sohc auto was different than my dohc . any help would be appreciated

(p.s. i was ready to start up the car for the first time almost when i noticed the exhaust manifold outlet had come loose and the whole turbo was shifting back and forth. arrrg)

so does anyone know what that mini ecu looking thing does and should i plug the usdm one into the sr20 harness or just leave it unplugged?
