What internals and turbo do u reccomend for ka24de to make it det. I want an 8.5-1 or a 9-1 compression and i would like ur guy's opinion. Thanks!

I say leave the guts stock. Buy something like the Greddy turbo kit w/ fmic. too easy. Run manufactures suggested boost. The Greddy kit w/ fmic is good for 220whp at 7.8psi. That is good enough for now.

I would recommend you just buy a kit. its ****ing hard to put it all together yourself. I learned that.

I'm in the process of learning that^^ If I didn't piece so much together already , I would have totally did what I first posted. I can't find a manifold I like $450. I can't find a GTR intercooler that I want $900. that is like half of a kit already!! Arrghh!!

To answer the original question, it really matters how much boost you are planning on running. Lower compression is needed for higher boost levels (helps in the anti-detonation struggle).

How much boost do you want to run?
