Hey guys, Just picked up a Ca motor set and i am missing the turbo oil and coolant hard lines. Does anybody know where i can get new turbo lines? Also i will be running a t25 from a sr20. If anyone could give me info on what lines i could use that would be great. Can i just use sr20 lines for my ca18?

Thanks, Jeff

what do you mean "hard lines"? Are you talking about the intercooler piping, the oil lines? Please clarify.

The S13 SR20 turbos oil and water lines will connect up to the turbo but the engine ends are almost certainly different.

They will work, but you'll have to get an adapter to connect the hardline to the stock oil pressure feed elbow on the side of the block. They aren't the same size on the CA as they are on the SR. Not a big deal. I found one at the parts store.

Should be a M12x1.0 male end -> M12x1.25 female iirc. Unless you just want to replace the taka -an -> metric adapter.

I think it has to be an adapter from a 1.25 thread type to a 1.0 thread type as thats whats on the CA block for the oil hardline.

I ordered some lines from Taka (I 100 % recommend just on impeccable customer service. The guy's great!!). I will let you know when they get here what fitting it should be, but I am pretty sure the CA blocks thread type is 1.0 and the SR is 1.25

Other than that, the lines bolt right up!! Also, changing the rear coolant hardline might be a bit of a hassle because the coolant hardline sits between the back of the block and the firewall (right above the transmission). I did take a prelimanary go at it to see how hard it was to remove, and it seems it might be a tad easier as compared to the SRs (aka, I can get a hand and a screwdriver in there to pry and wiggle it off )

Let us know what else you need
