need transmission fluid info

i have a 2002 nissan pathfinder.
about 4years ago i did a transmission flush with castrol transmax import.
the color is now now very dark/black-reddish. im gonna do another flush in a week or so.
upon some searching i found a new transmax fluid , Castrol 03518 Transmax ATF Green High Mileage Transmission Fluid\\

should i use this fluid in my transmission??
am i better off doing a complete flush or should i just drain and refill { repeat every week for three weeks } ??

I've read on this forum that Valvoline MaxLife™ DEX/MERC ATF (and validated by an ex-Nissan mechanic on another forum, who writes that it's the closest to the Nissan ATF) works well. I changed mine to it (120K mls, original fluid from what I can tell from it's service history, turned brown) 6 mths ago using the drain/fill/flush method so all was replaced (and added a MagneFine filter in the cooler return line), shifts perfectly, fluid is a light red color.

thncx , ill use the valvoline maxlife to flush the transmission

I just do refresh on mine -- drain the pan through the drain plug. refresh the additive pack. The filter is just screen.

Personally, I never screw around with trans fluid -- the real stuff is on amazon for 10-11 bucks ... Think it takes 4. The last time I did mine I was able to get a case of six for $50.00 on e-bay. did the trans and electric transfer case.

Amazon also has the Nissan coolant for $21.
