need tps voltage

Hi can anybody tell me what the voltage should read on a 90 ka24e tps at idle\wot. I keep searching but not getting an answer to this question. My car seems like it doesnt drop the revs fast enough they just kinda stay where im at when i shift like there sticking or im thinking maybe i have the tps to far and its dumping fuel to make it return to idle slow.THANK YOU

idle is approx .5v w/o aprrox 4.0 volts.
