Need To Vent

Ok sorry about this guys i really need to vent. I bought a downpipe from Built4race off of ebay. i payed these ****s on Sunday they told me on Monday that i never payed them wernt going to ship till i did. After calling them a number of times and emailing them they "found" the payment that day. Then they proceeded to wait till late tuesday to ship the god damn part. After i told them that this is the last part that i need and would really appreciate if they could get it here by Thursday the 4th. Now theses ****s email me telling me they shipped it but forgot to put a tracking number and there was no way to contact them to get it b/c the office was closed. So i called them today and they said that its going to be here monday the 8th. Now going on 4+ weeks w/o my car this Sr **** is great.

Thanks for lisiting to my rant just had to get it out b4 i slice some one limb from limb.

I know how you feel. when i was rebuilding my 3000gt i had to wait for the engine mounts arrive. The only problem is there is only 1 place to get them, and they dont have any in stock so you have to send it to them before they can start. so it took about 4 weeks for them to return them. oh well.

i bought stuff from them and it always came fast... every company makes mistakes once in a while.

Ya but i cant count how many times i need this part no later than thursday and i paid them Sunday. Since when does it take 2 days to ship something?

it usually takes at least a week for parts to reach me from the point that i click "checkout". And I live in a regional distro hub for UPS and FedEx.

if you paid sunday, the order was processed on monday and shipped tuesday. pretty standard actually for a small company. if you need a part fast you always back yourself up by ordering it early or getting express shipping, that's the only "guarantee" (although nothing's ever guaranteed) that you'll get things when you need them;). ordering sunday and expecting by thursday is too high an expectation.

count your blessings ive been waiting on my body kit for 2 months count them 2 months its been floating over from japan....."the container is on the way is all i get from these people....were waiting on bomex." i havent had my car for 2 months...because of a damn bumper
