Need to replace this....what's it called?

There is a hard plastic piece in front of the front tire of my daughters qx4. It's attached to the frame of the car.Its cracked and rubbing on her tire when she turns. I need to replace it but don't know what it's called. Thank you.

I have a picture but don't see how to attach it.
