Need to replace the leather arm rest in the Center console of my 02 I35....HELP!

is the interior of the 02-03 max the same for the 02-03 I35? I want to replace my armrest, or at least get a new leather armrest cover from redlinegoods.com. They only offer the nissan parts (opposed to the infiiniti parts). Can I by the maxima armrest and use it in my I35????? I have the armrest with the button in middle front.....
