Need to replace liftgate. Help!

So my wonderful kids broke the back glass on my mom's 97 QX4. It's not worth the insurance claim, so I'll be forking over the cash for it. Since I was the one who removed the broken window, it seems like putting a junkyard replacement in would be fairly straight forward. Is there anything I should know, specifically? Do I need seals or anything?

Also, the back glass pulled from a 97-99 Pathfinder should work, right?

Yes, the glass will just swap over. Nothing special needed. It's a very straightforward process.
