need to rent a garage in central new jersey

Im moving out of my current place and won't have a driveway soon and I would really like to rent a garage where I can work on my 240 year round.

If anyone knows anyone renting a garage, preferably with electricity, please let me know.

I would not be doing any intense work in it, maybe once a week for a few hours. It's nothing special, I just have to do a bunch of moderate work like replace my head gasket, but I would put down one of those linoleum floors. There would be no lifts, but I would probably have it on jackstands.
