Hi, I was wondering if I would need to or should realign the car after a subframe spacers installation since you have to drop the subframe?

Thanks

If you got the dupree ones you won't have to. But it shouldn't have that big of an impact but a realignment couldn't hurt.

You don't need to drop the whole subframe to install the spacers (assuming you got the slotted kind), it just needs to be lowered about an inch. You don't need an alignment afterward, at least I didn't with mine.
