Not sure of the tire brand yet, but going with 245/45/18's. The weight of the rims are unknown, but not a concern to me since I'm not racing.LongBeachCoupe wrote:what kinda tires though?!
I've looked around on Ebay as well. I'd like to get the 06-07 wheels for the 350z. Not staggered, but get 4 of the rears. I also like the Altima SE-R wheels too.LongBeachCoupe wrote:if price is important to you... theres stuff simmilar in looks thats cheaper on ebay... lemme know if you want some links.. ive been eye-ing a set of black 18"s for the winter.
Those are pretty f'ing sweet!LongBeachCoupe wrote:what abouthttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...&rd=1or http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...75703those are 2 im eyeballing
Which ones are you referring to? My first post, or the Konigs?SHIFT_COUPE wrote:They're "OK". They don't wow me. I like simple rims.
WOW! Not a bad deal at all. I was looking at paying about that price.LongBeachCoupe wrote:Idk what your price range is.. but i got my 20s delivered... with nitto 555s'... mounted balanced... $1150 total
True. If you live in a pothole prone area, you may want to consider forged wheels. But, if price is an issue, that's a really good deal. 245/45/18 is a bit tall for 18's in my opinion. The ideal size would be 235/45/18 but those are an odd size and the selection is limited. If you look at 245/40/18, you'll have a larger selection to choose from, and the tire prices are cheaper than that of the 245/45's. Or you could go with 225/45/18 like me and have a million tires to select from. Just a heads up. Good luck with your wheel choice.bigred311 wrote:thats really cheap for rim, so keep in mind u get what u pay for
Wrong person to ask; I know absolutely nothing about snow tires The Falken's are UHP tires 95Y UTQG: 300 AA/ALongBeachCoupe wrote:Those falkens are all weather? i need something snow worthy
Good point! On my specv I had 225/45/17's on the rims and I got the Falken Azenis for $120 each. I was looking up 245/45/18 tires today and they are rare yet more expensive. A common size was 245/40/18.generic808 wrote:Yup, 225/45's are prbably the cheapest way to go. You'll end up .3 inches short, but that doesn't really matter. 245/45 will bring you right to factory spec, but they are pricey. You can find 225/45's for as low as $100 or so. If I lived on the mainland, I'd definitely go with the Falken FK452 which run about $120-$140 a piece. Those tires are awesome!!
Yeah they are!! I've been looking for some of thosegeneric808 wrote:Sexaaay wheels
