i'm looking for the orange or red gasket that sits between the strut assembly and the car chassis. I can't stand the squeaking any longer.

Go to the dealer and tell them what you're looking for. They'll pull up a parts digram that has all the parts in an exploded view. Then point it out and you're done. They're usually in stock.

Chances are it's the strut bearing causing the noise, not the orange/red gasket.

Strut mount bushing, could be the srtut mount bearing, as mentioned before or could be control arm bushings shot...--Mike
