Need to know the diffrence Tein HA vs HR

I have one set of Tein HAs, These are the basic street/sport coilovers. But what are HRs? I cant find any info on them since I think there are discountened. I would realley like to know....Please help. I have a set of HAs in garage and a set of HRs on the way.

No, they weren't discontinued, they're just not available in the US (officially). http://www.tein.co.jp/products.html

Well, The HRs just got here. There deffently the meaner of the 2. Sitting them next to my HAs the spring is noticbley thicker and the HRs have front and rear upper mount, Both steel with adjustable pillow balss on front. I cant complain though. I paid 96.00 dollars for the HAs and 620.00 for the HRs.

wtf? 96 for HAs? Thats a freakin steal!! were they blown or what?

The HA is seen as the replacement of the HR because they are both pretty similar, except the HA is dampening adjustable.

No, HA's and HR's have been sold for a long time together. Tein's used to be 24 way adjustable as well.

HR's are ment more for club spec racing, they have higher spring rates (8/6 I believe) and they have harder valving.
