well there are some ppl who have done a single turbo manifold (judging by your name thats why you want to do a custom manifold). Now while its a good idea, at the time, people have often argued that the Z32 TT is more efficent and much much more worth while to leave TT.

Unlike the Supra's engine design, The TT has things like two air manifolds for intake and a lot of valves n more cams etc. A lot of things come in twos (or more) on the car itself. The supra's design has two turbos on one large exhaust manifold on one side of the block. In its design it was naturally found to produce more HP with a single turbo because many cars that had the same set up, and single turbos were running more efficently for their platforms as well.

The Z has a lot of "americanistic" qualities in the exhaust configuration as opposed to the way hondas and such group the pipes and the front of the block and some other brands do on the side like toyota. Much like a TT LS1 engine (like in corvette or late camaros) the there are two manifolds to in which are on seperate sides of the block. A custom manifold would mean you would want to center the turbo and since you cannot get as close to the exhaust output there is somewhat less pressure to start and I would imagine the single z32 guys may feel that lag. Also the tubo would have to be placed just so, in underneath for clearence and god knows what other custom pieces you will need, because it doesn't stop at a manifold. You would also need to adjust the turbo lines and intercooler feed (longer lines) meaning less pressure in coolant and oil + added turbo lag. There is a reason GM and Nissan (who are trying to merge btw) gave their platforms two turbos over one.

Now if you get a big a** turbo these things may seem to not matter that much, but for the work of getting all of it done, my main point is, a TT ZX is just more effiecently going to do the job. A little gain, or possibly none with a crappy setup to accompany a single is not worth it to me.

Plus, the TT is legendary

if you intend to build it yourself then you find it in your garage?

not sure what your asking? are you asking if someone makes exhaust flanges from which you can make your own manifolds? (not that I know of) you can tacke your stock manifolds to your local machine shop or even emachineshop.com and have flanges made from stainless steel, then just buy the proper turbo flange and some tubular stainless steel and start cutting and welding

the exhaust part is easier as you can use regular mild steel

and if your simply wantng to make it a single turbo the easiest way possible, then you cna get a VG30DET front clip or engine from japan, a quick google turned up one for $1300, i suppose if you could figure out he part numbers you could order the stock VG30DET manifolds from a dealer
