I'm looking for opinions on whether or not these wheels on Ebay are OEM. I did contact the seller but still haven't gotten a response. I really want these wheels but not if they're reproductions. Is there a way to tell the difference?

Those seem like OEM to me. First, the auction says that it's Factory used. The other thing is that aftermarket repro's were more popular for the 5 spoke Touring wheel and the newer Q/M wheels. I've never seen the wheels that you linked to on a repro or replica site.

To absolutely be sure, there would be a Nissan stamp on the inside of the wheel.

Yes, I doubt anyone made replicas of that style. It was only used in 2001, I think.
