So i got the calipers,stainless lines,and hydraulic ebrake on the way...i got my rotors yesterday and they look to thick kinda thick and like front rotors i got them for a non-turbo 90 model 300zx did i get the wrong ones if so which ones should i have ordered?

rotors should be fine as long as they are the 30mm ones. I did the conversion front and back on my 95 and had only a few problems that were easily solved. If you have the 26mm rotors then you must make sure you have the calipers to match. These are not interchangeable. Good luck with the swap. It will definitely make a huge difference.

One problem. The title of this post says REAR brake conversion. The rear Z32 rotors were NOT 26 or 30mm (like the fronts). I *believe* all Z32 rears to be 18mm thick irregardless of model.

As a side point, you may want to consider Z32 aluminum uprights for the rear. Since you say you already have a hydraulic e-brake doing the uprights would be cake as you won't have to mess with all the Z32's drum-style e-brake components. Should save about 7 lbs. per side of unsprung weight.

Of course this means switching the lower shock mounts so maybe it's more hassle then you care to take on.....just a thought.
