I have an SR coldpipe, and I have found a deal on a CA specific ARC SMIC. The guy said that it wouldn't fit on his SR piping. I was under the impression from info given to me from this board that SR pipes will in fact work. Can I use a a CA SMIC and SR hot/cold pipes (I need to be 10000% sure on this)?

no, it won't fit on SR piping! you need an SR intercooler to use SR piping! Or just make your own:) the SR and CA hot pipes are the same, but the cold pipe is different! You might be able to make a short section of pipe between the SR cold pipe and the CA intercooler I guess...

Friggin great. So I bought a SR coldpipe for nothing...

So the SR pipe is too short? That is no biggie I guess so I can jsut fit in an extra piece of pipe between the pipe and the IC?

I think he's asking what needs to be modded because he'd like to know too;) Kevin needs to get some pictures of his set up on here, so show us exactly how it works!
