I used a felpro one when I installed the manifold but it blew pretty quickly... I COULD use the crappy ss autochrome one that came with the manifold, but if anyone has a source for high quality metallic ones please let me know asap.sorry if this has been covered I only have internet for a few minutes (mine is down thanks to rita).

I can't believe you had a problem with the Felpro. I've never had a felpro leak on me....

The ones I use are $15 and they are idiot-proof. They are a rubberized material over steel. Let me know if you're interested in a set.

A parts distributor of mine brings them in for me. The don't have a name brand and they come in seperate little bags. You need one or do you need a set of four?

That's $15 for the set. They are worth it every dollar you spend on them and reuseable as well.

damn it dee, you need to speak up with this crap! I just installed my gt28, and would have loved to have high quality gaskets I just used those asbestos nissan ones... I guess they haven't let me down yet, but the extra security would ne nice. Pulling that manifold is a pain!

Sorry Sean . That was never one of the hottest topics around here and I probably was being a bit selfish as well . But I will keep a few sets of these in my garage for future needs.

I got you covered, Andy! No need to copper spray these and they are reusable as well.

Update on gaskets:

I kinda put my foot in my mouth on this one, guys. The cost of those gaskets have risen to $24 (and they still are worth it), so to both Andrews that sent their loot for these puppies, I'll eat the difference in cost. But please guys, enjoy them as they will prove to be a resuseable investment that I trust in.
