i blew up my dual cam ka in my 1991 240 and want to temperarly put a single cam in does plicing the harness wires the same for the ignition timing and stuff like that the same as the dual to single swap let me know please thank you guys...

But if i was you i would look into the engine and just bisically give it a quick scan to see what would go here, and there... etc..
