Need to check/clean a/c condensate drain

Edited for clarity: 2004 Maxima air from vents smells musty. Put up on ramps. Ran A/C on high for 5 minutes on humid day, no water drained out. After several more minutes it started to drip off the rear of the frame behind the lower control arm mount. It is dripping off a piece of metal above that mount, I had to use a mirror to see it. Any ideas on how to find/check/clear the drain-I can't find anything in the service manual.
