Anyone looking to sell some OEM steel wheels for the Versa? My new Versa SL hatchback has some different Nissan rims - they appear to be from the Sentra SE-R - and obviously those tires on them are terrible in the snow. I'm looking for a set of OEM steel wheels that I can mount some studded snow tires on. It's preferred that they already have the TPMS sensors installed. I live in central New Hampshire.

you have SE-R rims on your car? Just replace the tires and use them. They are quite nice, there is one or two people on the forum with them.

Well, the tires on there are basically new, they are just awful for the winter. Not to mention I would rather just have a separate set of rims for the snow tires. I can imagine studded snows on those SE-R rims would be pretty expensive to boot.

Because of the size of studded tire you would need?

I would assume since they are larger, low profile tires. I just think having separate wheels would be more cost effective in the long run considering the cost of mounting and balancing tires at a shop.

grab some 15 steelies from Walmart or any other cheap place that sells them and throw some studs on.

Save your SE-R's for the summer if they have good tread remaining.

Yeah, they have plenty of good tread left. The car's only got a little over 10k miles. I forgot about giving Wal-Mart a try. I'll still have to buy the sensors though.

Check the classifieds thread for sensors. I have a set in my garage I've been trying to sell.

Too bad you are are so far away... I would hook you with mine. OEM steel wheels, tires, TPMS, covers with less than 2000 miles on them. Just sitting in my basement, with all my other Versa parts

How far away are you? If you have a price in mind, I could always try seeing if there is an affordable method for shipping them.

I'm in Northern VA. Near DC. I was thinking like 450.00. I have shipped wheels before, not a big deal.. but the price would push IMO what they are worth.

I would be putting different tires on there anyway. Perhaps it would be cheaper to ship just the wheels. That same price would still be cheaper for me because the cheapest price I've found so far is almost $600 for rims/tires but they don't have the sensors.
