45 is not an actual measurement of the tire, its a percent. so a 205/45 has a bigger sidewall then 195/45.
The first number is the width of the tread in mm, the second is the height of the sidewall given as a percent of the width of the tire. so a 45 is 45% as tall as it is wide. Third is the rim size.
I knew that, but i just didnt know how to put it all together and the listing said 9J as the width n stuff so idk, figured id ask real quick

i dont have any suspension stuff yet, and by cheap i mean affordable, im in college, i dont have the cash for $150+ per tire or whatever.
