need tire help

im in need of new rubber so im shoppin around and need some help

i currently have 17x9 +38 offset in the front using 215/45/17 tires

im wondering if 215/40/17 tires would be good on it or is it too much??

also for the rear im running 17x9.5 +9 offset i think im actually not quite sure have to check, sticks out 1.5inchs-2

im running 245/45/17 in the back there

As far as I can tell, 40 should be a great series for the 17x9 and 9.5's. Browse the popular threads on wheel fitment and you'll see that quite a few people run those sizes. [for 17x9 a 215/40/17 and the 17x9.5 merits a 245/40/17]
