Need Tips on Removing Stock Single Disc CD Player

My mother-in-law who owns a 2005 Altima with a single disc head unit wants me to replace it with another stock unit due to CD player issues. She lives 500 miles away, so I haven't been able to look at the car to see how to remove the unit. Any tricks to it or any tips you could give me? Maybe some quick step by step instructions? Thanks in advance!!
