Hello I recently received an engine from Canada, perfect condition except this item that connects to the Oil Filter and then to the engine block via a few bolts.

Here is a pic the bolt hole is stripped and damaged pretty badly but the whole assembly is removable.

A part number and name would be great

The part is the silver part attached by 2 visible bolts. That connects the filter to the block.

That is the stock oil cooler/filter sandwich assembly. It has points of attachment for the oil filter, oil cooler, oil pressure sender, and oil temperature sender.

A lot of folks will actually remove that assembly, buy a threaded oil filter stud that goes directly to the block, and run an aftermarket oil filter sandwich and external oil cooler. If you run an aftermarket oil filter sandwich, you won't need to worry about those broken bolts that hold the OEM one in place because they are fastened using only the threaded oil filter stud.

You can get a threaded oil filter stud on rawbrokerage.com for like $13 (they're also NICO sponsors).

I don't know the part number specifically, but below is a Nissan Japan FAST diagram that has the general area for the part you're looking for. If you decide to go with the aftermarket oil cooler route, replace the stock oil filter stud with a threaded one.
