So I put on a new 300z fuel filter hoping it would solve my problem but it only created more. The old one I took off when you shake it something inside moved around with the new one it doesnt make any noise from the inside. Well I started it up only to have the fuel line bust right before the filter. Which is why I am asking it something inside the filter is suppose to move around or not?

No, nothing is supposed to move around in the filter. Did you use a new or old filter? Also is the fuel line in good condition? If not look into that as well.

Get some carb/tb cleaner, and some startin fluid, DO NOT MIX, It Will Go BOOM! Clean the tb let dry, try again. If no spray startin fluid.
