Ok so as some of you know i got some new rims if not look at my sig. But overall i saw two guys grillin my car as i left the mall ....2 jettas and they both pulled away as i neared my car. I have those dumbass mcguard ones but they suck. I want the best type i can get max 200 bucks i don't need the lugz just locks. So if anyone is good with this please lmk. Im just looking to keep myself at a little more ease. I know if they wanna steal them they will but if they try i just wanna be able to hear them bc if i do and its at my house they will get shot or beat to a f*** pulp. Sorry but i hate people that steal stuff so yea.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated :mike

http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/Merch ... de=R26_NEO These just came in for me the other day. Seem like they are pretty good locks and they also have a ball bearing system so you dont scratch your rim. These do come with the lugs though.

At auto zone they had these chrome lugs where every lug has the same star pattern and every lug is a lock. So far so good for me, I just lock up the key in the glove box and then lock that. Ive had these before on a previous car and lost the key. I tried using a socket but no go on that idea i had to end up towing it to a shop and they had to heat it up with a blow torch and pretty much rip them out. All for around $30 which is why i got them again. :dblthumb:

I have the same kind of lugs with the wheel key. Granted, if someone really wants to get them off, they will. But a standard lug wrench or socket is not going to do it. If someone is scheming on you, they will probably have a few extra tools with them.

Volk formulas ($$$) :dblthumb: ... Not less than $200, but they definitely look like they mean business. If you're looking for something a little less spendy and more neo chrome, Project Kics ($$$-$$), Muteki ($$-$) make lugs in that finish. There's also Rays ($$$-$$), Works($$$-$$), Blox ($$-$), 5zigen ($$) that I would consider.

I think these would be bad A$$ on Matt's car since he already has the neo-chrome lugs. :naughty:

^ Those are the Locks my boy recommended when I picked up my Enkei's.

He wanted $250 but $150 for the RAYS I went with was good enough, I figured I'd rather use the $100 towards CompuStar's Drone.

Rays Extended or Kics R40 FTW. I had both and both are awesome. Personally I like the Rays better because they are light, anodized, and include locks. The R40 you will have to pay extra for locks, but they protect your wheels better from scratches like someone said above.

PLEASE!!! Dont Do This!!!
im not trying to come off as a bad guy, but i got friends who steal rims & other car parts & if they really want Ur rims, the glove box & center console are the 1st place they check for the key (also kinda common sence), it takes seconds to break a window, pop a hood & rip out the alarm! id hide ur key in the trunk, under ur spare or something, id really hate to see anybody on here's rims be stollen. so heads up guys!!
