Need technical advice from expert

Looking at trading my 03 GSXR 600 for a 1995 240SX with sr20 turbo. I don't know a lot about Nissans yet, what do I need to look for on this car to make sure it has been done right. I have seen pictures of the car and it looks pretty clean, I don't mind a project car as I am a mechanic but I don't want a basket case. Any info would be great
This is the description he sent me of the car:
just under 75,000 on chassis
30,000 on rebuilt motor and trans
stage 2 clutch ( not sure what brand)
big radiator
new driveshaft and u-joints
all new brakes
new front tires and about 50% tire tread on the rear ( rims are off a 350z)
it doesnt have a/c or heat.... everything was striped out
the door panels are trash (im still looking for new or used ones)
the kid who had it b4 me has the starter on just a push button so im working on that to get it working on the key.
full 3"exhaust
lowered ( not sure what springs)
dash has cracks in it ( looking for a new dash as well)
the rear quarter panel has a dent but im looking into geting a wide body kit for it so that will cover it up.
drivers door window regulator works but it keeps sliding off the track so im looking into getting a new regulator.
