Long story short, the car is wrecked from the front end. The engine starts up, but it cant run because it's smashed in all the way to the air intake. Radiator is busted.

It's a 2006 Nissan Altima with about 48,XXX miles. Insurance is not paying for it. I still owe about $12,000 on the car. What should I do with it?

Fix it and keep it?

Fix it and sell it?

Sell it as is?

You won't get 12k for a wrecked 2006 Altima so that strikes #3.

Why do you not have full coverage on a car you owe money on?

Your bank is gonna be PISSED.

I do, by my mom f***ed up and did the insurance wrong, so now they're not covering it. Scratch the details though. I just need to know what my best option is from this point.
