the fifth picture looks like your oil pressure sensor. it plugs in right next to the oil filter on the side of the block.
the second picture looks like those little plugs and connectors that go behind the throttle body, but its hard to tell without a full engine bay shot
look inside the vehicle and make sure nothing is blocking the clutch master cylinder from going in. Also make sure the hole is cut clean. that is easy enough to install that it should look stock. The pedals suck a@$ though
The look in the alternator picture should be screwed to the intake manifold. the fifth picture show the manifold and a phillips head screw. It should fit there or somewhere near, but on one of those posts. But its just a ground (black) it really shouldnt matter as long as its connected to the manifold.
third picture going up looks like one of those not needed wires and I think the one of them goes towards the firewall, but on the engine near the intake runner, it may actually connect to the manifold but I dont have my car near to check
you should not need a throttle cable. make sure its not snagged on something, but if the previous owner cut it you should be fine with one from a junkyard
I hope I helped you, its hard to see what you need because the picture dont show a lot of engine detail., but after the swap you will have 3 connectors and maybe four that are homeless. Just make sure you wire up all of your important sensors, Alternator, oil (by the filter), cam angle (turbo side of the head), transmission (may be in one of your pictures, its really small and is a female type connector with a long cable), ignition (behind head near fire wall), intake air control (on your intake) connect all black groundwirethat should be good for the start and you can troubleshoot from there
