Need SR20DET Doctor

OK first problem 1) Brake, seatbelt... red lights on dash wont turn off after i close the key. 2) Fuel pump will only prime one time after i connect battery, but will not prime there after. 3 Car refuses to start, it comes close, but wont. Im wondering if it has anything to do with problems 1 and 2 all fuses check out and wiring harness is brand new and proffesionally done. I tried the J4 ECU and the new Chipped ECU. I already read over the FSM and it was no help. I did a search and tried a couple of things, but the SR wont take that last crank just alot of cranking no turn over.

A friend of mines lights did the same....even after he removed the key. He removed the Eng Cont fuse and that stopped.

Fuel Lines reversed?

Professional wiring can be wrong. Yuri kind of messed up a friends RB25 harness. Was wierd.
