Need SR fan clutch Is it the same as the KA fan clutch? What is equivalent?!

Im in need of a new fan clutch for my blacktop im wondering if the KA fan clutch is the same or what fan clutch is the same as the SR one?

put some electric fans in their. and if ur worrried about costs, their are options out their for fans u can find in junk yards for cheap.

Get your old ka electric fan and run direct. that is what i am doing right now. just get a switch and connect to the ground power and acc. your motor will be cooling all day if you leave it on though. haha

Oh yeah btw i dont want to do electric fans and if i was going to i would just do the FAL-345 setup. I want to stick with the clutch fan so please let me know of a fan clutch thats equivalent to the oem SR one.

oh man... Not too sure if I remember..My only experience with clutch fans was off a SOHC KA / SR

It was interchangeable for me. Same 4 nut/bolt combo.

ka and sr clutch fan are interchangeable only difference is the ka has one more blade on it

RB25 fan fits as well... ooo and of course... it has more blades

I'm wondering if the FAN CLUTCH is the same for the KA and the SR or if there is a fan clutch that is the same as the one on the SR... I have the FAN itself i need the clutch for it.

most people on here use e-fans... chances of you finding this info is slim to none without you doing some trial and error. Probably some good info you should pass on to the SR FAQ once you figure it out

if the sr and ka fan clutches are the same then u can just buy a brand new KA one for around 60 bucks. when i still had the ka, mine messed up and it constantly sounded like i was blasting a big diesel fan under there or something. i was told that the fan cluth went bad and was constantly locked up. after replacing it for around 60 bucks or so, it was good for a couple more months and then it did the same thing again. that was when i went with the electric fans.

Yeah idk i like mechanical fans for some reason but im trying to figure out if i don't have to spend $170 on a stock SR fan clutch if the KA one is the same.. because i already bought a new one for my ka and have it laying around lol
