Need some tips on Fuel Injector removal

I'm having trouble with my #3 cylinder misfiring and want toswap the fuel injectors around to help diagnose, but the phillips headscrews are so old they start to strip out as soon as I look at them.I need some tips on how to get these screws out, as I'm not much of a mechanic and don't have a lot of resources.

Use an impact screwdrive tool.

absolutely.

also, coat the new o-rings with silicone grease before you intall the new injectors.

silicone grease is compatible with all o-ring materials, except silicone.
