I usually spray a little PB blaster / WD40 on the hose/rail then twist them around to break the seal they have on the rail... then just pull on them.

Take a pair of plyers and clamp down on the end of the hose where it sits on the fitting. Get it kinda tight, and wiggle it from side to side untill it breaks loose. This breaks the hoses grip on the pipe, and it will pull right off.

yea after a day of sitting when i sprayed it with pb we were finally able to get it off after a little bit of wiggling however a good way of taking it off without actually damaging the tube would be using a heat heat gun to expand the rubber a bit and than taking some pliers and putting it right above the hose (not on it) and give it a firm clamp and use a hammer to tap on the top of the pliers and it will start to slide off. than if that doesnt work you can start bringing in the chemicals but you have to be careful with chemicals
