Hey guys.. I know that you all know your CA's, so I'm gonna ask what do you think I can do in my situation...

My car has been down for about 2 months now while doing a CA swap.. it SHOULD have been done during the first 2 weeks, but I ran into a problem with some metal being inside cylinder 2.. so I ended up pulling the head to find that indeed cylinder 2 had some melted metal on the top of it along with tiny scored marks on the walls.. We checked all the bearings and main bearings and they turned out fine.. the head also had some metal melted to it, but we could clean that up..

So now I have this engine in my garage and I'm just beyond frustrated with it.. I've done multiple SR swaps and owned one a while back before the bandwagon got to it.. I just don't know what to do.. I don't have a lot of money to work with since I'm a full time nursing student.. Sorry to vent guys, but I need some help/suggestions really bad and it would be greatly appreciated..

Thanks guys.. :(

I'm sorry for your misfortune. I hope everything from here on out goes well for you and I feel your pains about being a poor student. Sorry to get off topic but where did you get your CA from?
