Just put in the SR and need a few suggestions on why its not starting and a few things i am not sure about. ill start with a few simple questions

#1could someone explain what this is and how to set it up correctly. its part of my wiring harness

#2this is how i ran my actuator vacuum line. i just T it on the BOV vacuum line because my inter cooler didn't have a place for it. so will this work?

#3This little guy doesn't have a home and i cant find him one lol. do i need it? its wire colors are yellow/blue stripe and yellow with red stripe. its off the lower harness.

#4The intake has a place for a hose and i believe it was just for the stock air box. i block this off correct?

#5 Block this bad boy off too correct?

#6and these two are near the power steering canister. They belong to some thing when the KA was in there but i didnt pay attention to what. the small is just a plug with a single blue wire and not sure what the other wire colors are on the other one but you can see them in the pic.

#7 these are AC plugs correct?

#8just whoring my engine bay (and i know my inter cooler is weird i have to extend a pipe haha)

ok so the problem is. i have spark, i set the engine to TDC and the CAS to -15 i belive.....whatever the correct way was i did it. so i hear the fuel pump turn on but when i smelled (even licked) the spark plugs there was no fuel....any suggestions?

thanks

#1 That's the ignitor chip in the middle. The other stuff is pollution canister purge control and stock boost limiter - most people remove the ignitor chip and toss the rest in the trash - they are not needed. Just leave the plugs dangling.

#2 When the bov actuates your WG control could see a fluctuating signal. WG signal should be isolated from other vac devices. $1 brass screw-in nipple from Home Depot on the hot pipe, and some epoxy will do it right. Sharing from FPR vac line is ok but not ideal.

#4 Probably recirculation return - yes block it off.

#5 Yes but tape will not work, you need something to hold 15 psi - like a plug, a small hose and 2 clamps.

#6 KA coil - not needed

#7 AC compressor plug is just 1 wire plug, usually real dirty. Comes from S13 front drivers side engine bay fuse box. SR will have one also but most people use the KA one to make it functional.

Yeah just unbolt the ignitor chip from the bracket the rest of the stuff is unneeded.

Swap looks nice though hope you can get it started. Whats the problem you're having? Make sure your fuel lines are not switched. and that the inlet (fuel filter side) is going to the rail and the outlet is coming off the pressure regulator. Thats just something easy to check
