Im looking to turbo my ka-de and im looking to push about 250hp. What turbo along with what injectors, fuel management, fuel pump, etc. should i use. Im looking for it to be decently cheap but i dont wanna use too much of crappy parts. Help?

buy a bottom mount t2 manifold (ssac, megan racing, etc) t28 turbo, walbro pump, sr20 fmic kit, etc...the bottom mount will allow you to use sr20 parts, such as IC pipine, dumppipe, downpipe making custom parts unnecessary... 12psi should get you about that with minimal turbo lag.. or you could always get a t3 like a gt32 and run a little less boost..

Here's an idea, why not link them to our FAQ zerothread/99647 instead of taking them to another website...

Why? Because ka-t.org, IMO, is a better site. Faster and better looking. Same info, just easier to browse.

Well here's an idea, don't do it again...if you like the ORG so much stay there.

nico and ka-t.org are great resources for ka-t info............can't we all just get along? lol.

to answer your question, what is ur budget? this will determine which route to go with. the t3/t4 route will be more costly as you can't really use too many SR components with your setup. what was said earlier is the basics though. i would suggest nothing smaller than 480cc injectors though as u will thank me later for having that extra room for a little more boost if the boost bug bites ya. also for tuning, go with a tuned ecu and a wideband. takes alot of the guessing part out of the equation.

I agree, but I don't like people funneling away members like that...neither does anyone else on the staff for that matter.

I'd say revhard mani. Only thign SSAC I'd trust is FMIC and piping because neither of those will kill your engine. Manifold you have to prep to make it last so why bother with it unless you get it for real cheap.

I think a T3 would be a good turbo. A Super 60 or a T3 from a Z31.

Jookmasta, does the Ford T3 use the same 7 bolt flange as the Nissan T3? If not, I'd be convinced its worth finding the Ford turbo.

I only mention da ORG when theres a current discussion or to backup info I have seen posted here.
