Where did you buy the Pathfinder? If it's from the dealer, then they should provide you with the stuff that's missing...even if it is a used vehicle. If you bought it privately, then that's another matter. Ebay maybe?

Thats a chate comment. Anyway the 3.5 pathfinders take 5w30, 5 litres should do it. (not American so don't know what that is in quarts) As for the head rests try this site

Welcome to NICOFind the headrests on eBay, or buy from the dealer.

Asking where and how you purchased your Pathfinder is a valid comment. It makes a difference as to how you go about getting what you need for your truck. By the way, you never answered the question.

the truck was bought from a friend who is a finance manager at a dealership, I picked it up for 10,500 with a clean carfax, 55k miles, and had no quams about a few items that were easily found and replaced.

By the way what is a chate comment, mine or his and should I be offended.

Chate is basically someone who says something shi**y to someone else, it was a joke and not to be taken personally. By the way wecome to nico and 10,500 was a really good price for that pathy. Happy motoring

Check out the Nissan USA website, I believe you can download a free owner's manual from there.

Thanks for the info, I didn't mean to come across as an ***, I only said that the first post to an info inquiry request, had no info.

If you bought the car from the dealer they should replace the headrests they are a required safety item. like selling a car without seat belts I dont think their insurance carrier would like to defend an accident claim from a car that they sold without a required safety item.

I don't believe they'd give you free headrests. They'll still want $$$ for them.
