Need some painting and/or welding help in NYC area

Hey guys, as just as the title states, I need some painting or welding help in the NYC/NJ/LI area. My 240 is all prepped in body work for some paint, and I have all the materials needed I just don't have a compressor or gun to do it. So if you guys know anyone who could help me do some painting on the cheap I'd appreciate it. I also have a rusty frame rail, which I've already cleaned up and coated with rust inhibitor, but again I don't have a MIG to weld in some new metal so some help there would also be appreciated.
