If you can get the R33 or 32 Cross member get one. i cant remember what one you need. theres a thread somewhere round here about rb25 swaps that gives you so much info. But in all honesty you would be better off with a SR but they are not as much fun. They are a dime a dozen now. RBs are getting more popular also but they are still harder to find and harder to get parts for. one of the best sites iv come across is http://shop.rawbrokerage.com/main.sc. The guy who runs it is on this forum somewhere. RBs are fun and i will never go back to SRs.

There are mount kits available for the rb25 and 20's that allow you to swap the rb into a s13 chassis without the crossmember now. http://www.Mckenneymotorsports.com They have the mount kit. One of my employees just bought it and is very please with the kit. It looks a little cheap to me, but still works and he has not a a problem with it yet. so I would give it a thumbs up. I believe its around $600.00 but just check out the website. Sometimes they run specials and you can get the mount kit and a couple other goodies for really cheap.

there are a few other options too that utilize the stock x-member. i have tophat mounts myself which i havent had any problems with so far (2 yrs on them)

but in all honesty, an rb swap isnt for someone on a tight budget. i would say if you want it done reliable, and right look at spending around $5k-$6k for a fairly stock setup. if you dont have that kind of money i would just save up if your heart is set on an rb rather than an sr or a ka-t setup. an rb swap isnt one that you want to be cutting corners on. if something major goes wrong, you are looking at TONS of down time.

just take your time doing your research, theres LOTS of info in the rb section. check it out

I also suggest that you get yourself a engine dampener also. it will help a bit.
