ok so my upper oil pan is leaking oil..badly , and im pretty sure its cracked (hit something pretty hard)i looked on ebay but was not able to find one. where can i buy one (for cheap) ..also do i need to raise engine for this? what would be the best way? its a retop sr

also while at it i wanted to buy a bigger capacity oil pan, i found the greddy one (400 bucks), and some knock off ones on ebay that look similar design ( 120 bucks) ...should i save up for the greddy one or would the knock off be just as good (well im pretty sure the greddy one is way stronger and higher qualily , u get what u pay for) but sadly i have no money and broke this month (stupid christmas) and i need my car running now. do you think the cheaper one will crack too easy? or should i just get JDM from nissan and save for the greddy/other known brand?

You could try having it welded, probably a 50% chance it will weld up depending on how clean you can get i,(cast soaks up oil).

Look around on Nico and Zilvia to find guys who blew their engines and are parting them out. That's your best bet.

They look pretty nice, I did hear one time that the ebay knockoff was hitting the front sway bar. Can't remember if it was on an s13 or 14 though

The casting looked better on this one, no pits or voids like you can see in the other pan.
