need some Ka-t advice

hey guys okay here's my problem i started a nissan club to get different ideas on the sr20det . . . and other motors but the problem is that all my friends are running the same damn motor and doing to same damn thing so i need to build something that will change there minds and get them to stop bagging on me because i'm driving a KA so i wanna go Ka-T but i need to know where to start and i mean i have never had a boosted car . . . and i dont see the point in wasting 5grand to buy and have that motor put in . . . so as you can see i'm in so trouble . . . treat me like a little kid and start for the very bottum like things i need to do first . . . and for all you guys that are thing what are you building it for . . . i just wanna hit 13's or 400hp which ever comes first . . . so come on guys need some serous help i need to beat me some SR ***. . . thanks for any advice

Start with the "Great Info, LOOK HERE FIRST!! " sticky. Theres a lot of info in there. KA-T is a good option. The biggest advice I can give is TUNING! Use good fuel/ignition mgmt, and you should be fine.

And you should hit 13's with much less than 400whp.
