Need some input on building my 240sx

I just bought a 91 240 and I'm in the navy getting ready to leave to Spain while I'm gone I'm sending money back to the states to build my 240 I'm looking for a daily driver and weekend drifter setup I'm getting a SR for it and wanting to push 300-400 out of the car looking for all the help I can get on performance, suspension, electronics, everything and any thing that might or will be needed... Ehhh I hope the Navy supplied you with a flame suit. Just check the stickies, how tos, and build threads, don't cheap out, and check the SR thread for upgrading the SR to make that with a safe tune.

Wheels tires meh 1000-the sky
Motor, trans, solid shaft 2500
400 hp built bottom end 5000-6000
Yeah start saving or do it piece by piece.
