did you search the site for HICAS, or search good for HICAS?
its a rear steering system used by Nissan on a few different models...IIRC its hydraulically controlled and will change the toe of the rear wheels slightly to help the car turn. The amount it steers is dependent on speed, steering angle, and maybe a few other things...
Ive heard some say its helpful but I don't like trying to work together with a computer(specially one as old school as what was made when our cars were in production)
