A trunk turbo is actually on the exhaust under the trunk, not necessarily IN the trunk. These turbos require A LOT of piping and are prone to hydrolocking. So unless you're ready for a lot of work I'd look the other way. You need to pipe the intake all the way from the back of the car up to the MAF and Throttle. For both of these options you'll probably want to consider larger fuel injectors and a larger fuel pump. JWT makes a tuned ECU specifically designed to be used with nitrous, you should consider buying their kit if you're unsure on how to install the nitrous. It'll probably make it easier and the guys at JWT are extremely helpful/customer friendly. These are both do-able but take a decent amount of effort. Tigersharks right about checking the org, they have entire sections devoted to this subject (blowing up your engine...) Good luck and be safe, invest in an Air/Fuel ratio gauge and a fuel pressure gauge so you don't blow up

HAHAHA I HHHHAAAATTTEEEEEE nitrous.. but one of my buds at work has a dodge 3500 and a terminater cobra with 175 shots, and te cobra has 15 lbs of boost with its supercharger and the dodge has i dunno what with his bigger turbo. it also has a bullydog with a crazy larry program. he's got me wanting to try it. but i wanna go small and use sparringly just so i can have a reliable motor, whether it be turbo or nitrous.
