Need some info on a JES rb20 ecu

Hey I bought a Gt2530 from Japan used/almost brand new as it is a bolt on turbo. I received the package today and luckily found it had a stainless feedline and came with a bonus chipped ecu. ECU was not part of the sale so i'm not sure if it just fell in my box or it was a bonus. It says MEC-R212 on ecu and the JES Japan Electronics Service sticker says:DATA No.98.5.22212J4851.MME

Do you think I could run higher boost on it to get the full power of my gt2530 turbo? I also have 550 injectors I am going to install, but would need to get ecu reprogrammed for them correct? Also only thing on mod list I don't have is splitfire. Does it make much of a difference? I did some research and found the following out about it.

Ecu has also a switch you can change between stock and upgrade, safe way to do it turn off the ignition, wait about 30sec and switch.. There is also a warning about a self destruction mode of the ecu, if you try to remove the chips.
